Further planning applications

In addition to the proposals to redevelop the B&Q site, two further planning applications have been drawn to SoGA’s attention by the respective developers:  

The first by L & Q is for the Citroen Garage by Chiswick Roundabout and is for “affordable homes and a new public square”.  A presentation to the public is scheduled for Saturday 8 July at Waterman’s between 10:30 and 16:00.  Any comments should go directly to: This email address is being protected from spambots. The second is a preliminary notification from Balfour Beatty to redevelop the disused and dilapidated building at 250 Gunnersbury Avenue/Power Road and is for “a vibrant mixed use scheme to provide contemporary employment space complimented with student residences on upper levels of the building. There are no details available from Balfour Beatty at the moment other than those above although consultation and engagement presentations to the public are planned.
